HALF-TIME ZESTY CORN

Need a break from the same old sides?  The next time you serve frozen corn, add a couple of heaping tablespoons of Gordo’s hot or mild cheese dip before cooking.  Microwave according to package directions.  Top with jalapenos for extra heat.
