Gerri’s Mexican Wings

  • 1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 package dry taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 bottle Franks Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 5 pounds wings
  • 1 tub Gordo’s Chipotle Cheese Dip

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.  Place wings in zip lock bag and pour mixture over them.  Marinate at least 4 hours – overnight if possible.  Deep fry in vegetable oil 10 to 12 minutes.  Do not overcook.  Drain wings on paper towels.  Place wings on a baking sheet.
