Grab Your Gun and Win a Hunting Trip with Lorrie Morgan
Monday, July 29, 2013
As the official cheese dip of the great outdoors, Gordo’s Cheese Dip has some big news that should make all of you outdoor sports guys and gals mighty happy. Some lucky Big Dipper is going to win a dream hunting trip with country music legend, Lorrie Morgan and her son and rising star in his own right, Jesse Keith Whitley.
So, what hoops are you going to have to jump through to win? Are you going to need to send in 2 million Gordo’s containers? Do you have to record yourself singing Lorrie’s smash hit “Five Minutes” and then post it on YouTube so that all of us can feel good about our own pathetic singing abilities? No and No.
There’s no purchase necessary to win, you don’t have to be able to sing like Lorrie or Jesse and if you’re randomly chosen as the winner you get to choose between a whitetail deer hunting trip in Texas, Wisconsin or Michigan. You’ll join Lorrie and Jesse along with the hunting experts from the TV show Huntin’s is Good for a trip you will never forget!
It’s a Family Affair
Lorrie Morgan got started in the music business early – making her first appearance on the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville at age 13. Her talent can be traced to some excellent genes. Her father, George Morgan, had wonderful career in country music from 1949 to 1975 and is best known for his smash hit “Candy Kisses.”
Lorrie’s son, Jesse Keith Whitley has some of those same genes and then some. In addition to his mom’s, his musical DNA is supercharged by legendary country singer, the late Keith Whitley. As a rising star, Jesse has pipes to blow the doors off the music business. His latest is a high energy, rave up called Kentucky Thunder. (This stuff sounds like it would go well with some Gordo’s Cheese Dip!) Give it a listen.
Registering to win this dream hunt with Lorrie, Jesse and the guys from Huntin’ is Good is as easy as listening to her sing “Something in Red.” Let this classic song play while you take the minute or so it takes to enter. Here’s the link to enter.
